How trading on Atlas works
Atlas is a research and trading terminal. It never holds your funds. This page explains what Atlas executes, what it charges, what it checks, and the risks you take when you trade. It is informational; you do not have to read or accept it to trade.
What you can trade
Robinhood ChainStonks, memes and stock tokens
Every token listed on the Stonks, Memes and Assets tabs can be bought and sold on Atlas. Trades are routed through Uniswap pools, including multi hop routes through the stock token a meme is priced in.
SolanaStonks, from your Solana wallet
Solana stonks can be bought and sold with Phantom or Solflare. Trades are routed by Jupiter and settle in SOL; the Atlas fee is taken on the SOL side of the same transaction.
Tokenized assets
PAXG and XAUT can be bought and sold through the Ethereum route. Other assets on the Assets pages are research only unless a Buy button is shown.
Fees
Atlas charges a flat 0.75% on every trade executed through the terminal on Robinhood Chain and Solana. It is taken from the amount you receive, inside the same transaction, and paid to an Atlas controlled address. The "You receive" figure on the ticket is already net of it, and the fee is itemised before you sign. There are no deposit, withdrawal or spread fees.
Pool fees, creator taxes set by a token's launchpad, holder reward taxes on some Solana tokens, and network gas are separate. They are set by third parties and shown or estimated on the ticket where known. Atlas may change its fee rate; the rate in effect is always the one shown on the ticket at the time of the trade.
What Atlas checks before a trade
- Token identity. The exact contract on the token page is the one traded. Always check it; names and images can be copied.
- Route. The pool, settlement token and network must be ones Atlas has enabled. If Atlas cannot build a safe route, the token stays research only.
- Quote. The quote comes from the venue's on chain quoter immediately before you sign, with slippage protection built into the transaction. If the market moves past that limit the transaction reverts rather than filling at a worse price.
- Transaction integrity. Atlas validates the transaction it hands to your wallet and rejects unexpected tokens, networks or targets.
What Atlas does not check
Atlas can see technical facts: your wallet, its network, balances, and whether a route exists. It cannot see whether a particular person is legally permitted to acquire, hold, sell or transfer an asset. Atlas does not determine citizenship, residency, tax status, KYC or accredited investor status from a connected wallet, and a checkbox is not treated as proof of eligibility. Where an asset requires that kind of control, it stays outside native execution until a proper implementation exists.
Non custodial by design
- Atlas never holds your private keys or seed phrase, and never holds your tokens.
- Your wallet presents every approval and transaction for you to accept or reject.
- Selling a token may require a one time approval before the swap. On Robinhood Chain your wallet is switched to the network when you trade.
- A transaction hash is not settlement. Atlas waits for confirmation before it updates your holdings.
Listings are not endorsements
Stonks and memes are user created tokens found automatically by Atlas from their pools. Inclusion means Atlas has identified the token's contract and its trading venue and can route trades to it. It is not an endorsement, a statement about value, or verification of the token's creators. Liquidity can be withdrawn, prices can move very quickly, and a token can lose all of its value.
The Understand this stonk panel and the facts shown on token pages (pool depth, LP burn, taxes, launch date) are read from the chain and third party data. They are descriptive, not advice.
Market and execution risk
Routes are time sensitive. Price movement, slippage, thin liquidity, gas, network congestion, token controls and transaction failure can all change the final outcome. Atlas does not guarantee a price, a route, inclusion in a block or a settlement result. Meme tokens in particular can lose most or all of their value. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
